The Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sadhan Kumar Gupta, M.A. LL.B. Born on 20.04.1947. Graduated in the year 1966 with Hons. in History. Took Master Degree in Modern History from the Calcutta University, passed the LL.B. examination from Calcutta University in the year 1969. Joined the Judicial Service in the year 1974. Promoted to the Higher Judicial Service in the year 1992. Was appointed District & Sessions Judge, Bankura in the year 1998. Appointed Registrar General in the year 2001. Appointed a Judge of the Calcutta High Court with effect from 18.04.2002.
